From drawing to final invoice — in one connected suite.
Measure plans, count fixtures, send branded quotes and keep every job’s costs in sync. Seven apps, one sign-in, and your logo, address and signers on every document — set once.
Everything an estimator, a project manager and a crew actually use
Pick an app to see what it does. They share one client list, one set of company details and one job record — so nothing is typed twice.

Take Off — measure the drawing, count every fixture
Load a PDF or photo of the plans, set the scale once and measure pipe runs with automatic fittings, drops, trenching and core holes. Fixtures are counted with a click — or detected from the drawing’s tags.
Pipe runs show their size on the drawing, with a colour legend on exported PDFs
Commercial or residential jobs — floors, units and garden suites become the quote automatically
Price per fixture or one flat rate, with exceptions for single items
Optional AI scan finds fixture tags on the plan for you
Open a take-off and the quote arrives filled in: scope by floor and unit, fixture lines, notes and totals. Your logo, address and signers are already on the page.
Notes library with “taxes extra” and quote validity always pinned last
Client book shared with your project tracker and letters
Pick who signs — name, title, cell and email come from their profile
Internal notes that never print, for your own pricing reasoning
Keep every fixture’s model, finish, supplier, price and lead time in a price book that remembers. Ask suppliers for pricing on just the items you tick, and watch orders arrive.
Price book by model number — pricing fills in next time
One-click supplier pricing requests, written professionally
Your cost vs. customer price with margin on every line
Undo, daily version history and CSV export for safety
Log supplier invoices, labour and materials against each project’s contract value. When a job is won you’ll be offered to start costing it straight away.
Costs by category against the contract
Materials taken from inventory post here automatically
Barcode in and out for materials and tools. Crew choose their name, the job and the truck — costs land on the job, and you always know which truck a tool is on.
Scan to take, scan again to return — with how long it was out
Trucks and crew assignments, with “which truck?” when someone drives two
Tick what matters — we’ll point you to the apps that cover it and pre-fill your request.

Plumbing contractors — from a two-person shop to a multi-crew business — who estimate from drawings, quote jobs and want costs, fixtures and materials tied to each project.
Is our company’s data private from other companies?
Yes. Every company’s quotes, drawings, clients and records are stored in their own private space and are only reachable by people signed in to that company. Your team’s browsers also keep each company’s saved settings separate.
Do we need to use all seven apps?
No. Companies are opened for the apps they need — many start with Take Off and Quotes. You can add apps later, and decide per person who can open what.
How do the apps share information?
Through the job. Start a project and its take-off exists; finish the take-off and the quote opens pre-filled; counted fixtures appear in the fixture tracker; won jobs offer to start costing; materials taken on a job post to its expenses.
What is the AI part?
Optional. When switched on for your company, AI can read a drawing sheet and suggest fixture tags to count. You always review and confirm — nothing is added silently.
Does it work on a tablet or phone?
Yes. The apps are built for touch — Take Off works with finger or Apple Pencil, and inventory has a big-button crew mode for the truck.
What will it cost?
Subscriptions are on the way. Approved companies get early access during onboarding, and you’ll hear about plans before anything is billed.
